The S6A0075X06-COCX is one member of the S6A0075 family which designed as one kind of 100 SEG/34 com driver & controller for dot matrix LCD.It is fabricated by low power CMOS technology.It can display 1, 2, or 4 lines with 5 x 8 or 6 x 8 dots format.Features of it:(1)low power operation:power supply voltage range:2.7-5.5V (VDD) and LCD drive voltage range:3.0-13.0V (VDD-V5);(2)CMOS process;(3)programmable duty cycle:1/17, 1/33;(4)internal oscillator with an external resistor;(5)bare chip available.
