SBR3060

The SBR3060 is designed as one kind of 50 amp schottky rectifiers with working peak reverse voltage of 60V and repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60V.

SBR3060 has six features. (1)Schottky barrier rectifier. (2)Low forward voltage. (3)Guard ring protection. (4)Reverse energy tested. (5)Vrrm, 60 volts. (6)30 amperes. Those are all the main features.

Some electrical characteristics of SBR3060 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its average forward current would be 30 amps with test conditions of Tc=146°C and square wave and RJC=1.5°C/W. (2)Its maximum surge current would be 600 amps with test conditions of 8.3ms, half sine and Tj=175°C. (3)Its max repetitive peak reverse current would be 2 amps with test conditions of f=1KHz, 25°C and 1us square wave. (4)Its max peak forward voltage would be 0.68V with test conditions of Ifm=30A and Tj=25°C. (5)Its max peak reverse current would be 25mA with test conditions of Vrrm, Tj=125°C and it would be 1.5mA with test conditions of Vrrm, Tj=25°C. (6)Its typical junction capacitance would be 1500pF with test conditions of Vr=5.0V and Tj=25°C. It should be noted that about the max peak forward voltage the pulse test: pulse width would be 300 usec and duty cycle 2%.

Also some thermal and mechanical characteristics of SBR3060  are concluded as follow. (1)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 175°C. (2)Its operating junction temperature range would be from -55°C to 175°C. (3)Its max thermal resistance would be 1.5°C/W junction to case. (4)Its typical thermal resistance greased would be 0.5°C/W case to sink. (5)Its mounting torque would be 12 to 15 inch pounds. (6)Its weight would be 0.2 ounces (6.0 grams) typical. And so on.
