The SC1202CST-3.3TR is designed as one kind of 600mA low dropout posotive voltage regulator for use in applications requiring low dropout performance at full rated current. Additionally, it provides excellent regulation over variations due to line, load and temperature. (4)+/-2% total output regulation over line, load and temperature. (5)Adjust pin current max 90uA over temperature. (6)Adjustable or fixed output voltages. (7)Line regulation 0.2% max.
