SC1202CST-3.3TR

The SC1202CST-3.3TR is designed as one kind of 600mA low dropout posotive voltage regulator for use in applications requiring low dropout performance at full rated current. Additionally, it provides excellent regulation over variations due to line, load and temperature. Typical applications include low voltage microcontrollers, microprocessor I/O supplies and 5V to 3.3V conversion for memory, ASIC, custom circuits, etc.

It has nine features. (1)Low dropout performance, 1.3V max. (2)Full current rating over line and temperature. (3)Fast transient response. (4)+/-2% total output regulation over line, load and temperature. (5)Adjust pin current max 90uA over temperature. (6)Adjustable or fixed output voltages. (7)Line regulation 0.2% max. (8)Load regulation 0.4% max. (9)Its SOT-223 package. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its input voltage would be 7V. (2)Its power dissipation would be internally limited. (3)Its thermal resistance junction to case would be 15°C/W. (4)Its thermal resistance junction to ambient would be from 156°C/W. (5)Its operating ambient temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C. (6)Its operating junction temperature range would be from 0°C to 125°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (8)Its lead temperature soldering 10 seconds would be 300°C. (9)Its ESD rating human body model would be 2KV. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its output voltage fixed voltage option would be min 3.230V and typ 3.3V and max 3.369V. (2)Its reference voltage adj. voltage version would be min 1.225V and typ 1.25V and max 1.275V. (3)Its line regulation would be typ 0.035% and max 0.2%.
