SC1437ISK-B42TR

The SC1437ISK-B42TR is designed as a battery over voltage detection circuit with driver for external MOSFET. The trip point is adjustable with an external resistor divider connected to the SENSE pin. The trip point is preset to a nominal trip voltage of 4.2V if no external divider is used. Other internal trip voltages of 4.5V and 4.7V are available, specified by different part numbers.

It has seven features. (1)Low quiescent current, less than 10uA typical. (2)Input voltage range 1.8V to 6.8V. (3)Adjustable or preset voltage trip point. (4)Selectable timer delays of 0, 40 and 80ms without use of external resistor. (5)SOT-23 5 lead package. (6)Accuracy is 2% over specified temperature range. (7)30V maximum rating. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its V+ supply voltage to V- would be from -0.3V to 30V. (2)Its over voltage output to V- would be from -0.3V to 8V. (3)Its select to V- would be from -0.3V to 7V. (4)Its sense to V- would be from -0.3V to 7V. (5)Its thermal resistance junction to ambient would be 256°C/W. (6)Its operating ambient temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (7)Its operating junction temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C. (8)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (9)Its lead temperature soldering 10 seconds would be 300°C. (10)Its ESD rating (human body model) would be 2kV. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its input supply voltage would be min 1.8V and max 6.3V. (2)Its input supply current would be typ 10uA and max 14uA. (3)Its over voltage threshold with respect to V- would be min 4.12V and typ 4.2V and max 4.28V. (4)Its input bias current would be max 1uA. (5)Its OV drive current would be typ 150uA for B version and would be typ 42uA for H&L version and R=100K, V+=4.2V. And so on.
