SD501

The SD501 is a 3 seconds voice synthesizer using SD qualified coding algorithm. SD501 plays speech according to previously programmed informations and provides various triggering mode selection to satisfy customer's request.

Features of the SD501 are:(1)power supply range:2.5V to 5.5V;(2)3 seconds voice length and could play 1 to 7times;(3)one trigger input with CDS capability;(4)two current output full scale options, could drive 8 speaker with an NPN transitor:medium-3ma,3.0V,large-5mA,3.0V;(5)LED 2DC output high/low selection by GND bonding option;(6)20ms debounce time.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SD501 can be summarized as:(1)DC supply voltage:<6.5V;(2)input/output voltage:GND-0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(3)operating temperature:-10 to 60;(4)storage temperature:-25 to 125.
