SD6830 is a remote control transmitter, consists of the optimized 4-bit CPU with ROM and RAM. It contains power-on reset, watchdog timer and carrier frequency generator. The SD6830 provide a various carrier frequency for encoding output of key matrix and has built-in transistor to drive infrared LED. It is supported with a software development tool, which allows code development in a PC environment. It allows the user to simulate the SD6830 on an instruction level.
