SDA30C164

The SDA30C164 is a member of a family of single-chip computers, in which the emphasis is no longer placed on purely numeric computational performance, but on application-specific controller functions. It contains a 2048+256-byte data memory, two independent 16-bit timers/counters and a seven-source,four-priority-level,nested interrupt structure,on-chip oscillator and clock circuit.
