Description

The SDA 4335 is a Car-Radio PLL frequency synthesizer implemented in Infineon BiCMOS technology B6CA. The device contains the PLL, 2 pin 61.5MHz Oscillator internally coupled to PLL, an IF Counter for AM & FM SDA 4335 an 7 bit ADC, an 7 & 4 bit DAC and additonal 2 ports for inputor output-functions. Primary applications are in Car-Radio systems.
