SDC2UL6484-67T-S

The SDC2UL6484-67T-S is a kind of high performance, 16-megabyte synchronous, dynamic RAM module organized as 1M words by 64 bits, in a 168-pin, dual-in-line memory module (DIMM) package. The device uses eight Fujitsu MB1116822C-67FN CMOS 2M*8 synchronous dynamic RAMs in surface mount package (TSOP) on an epoxy laminated substrate. Each module is accompanied by a decoupling capacitor for improved noise immunity.
