Some absolute maximum ratings of SG3317 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power dissipation would be 85mW. (2)Its forward current would be 30mA. (3)Its peak forward current would be 50mA. It should be noted that the duty ratio is 1/16 and pulse width is 0.1ms. (4)Its reverse voltage would be 4V. (5)Its operating temperature range would be from -25°C to 85°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -30°C to 100°C. (7)Its soldering temperature would be 260°C for 5 seconds. It should be noted that keep the distance more than 2.0mm from PCB to the bottom of LED package. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics of SG3317 are concluded as follow. (1)Its forward voltage with symbol of Vf would be typ 2.1V and max 2.8V with conditions of If=20mA. (4)Its spectrum bandwidth would be typ 30nm with conditions of If=20mA. (5)Its reverse current would be max 10uA with conditions of Vr=4V. (6)Its half angle would be typ +/-22°. It should be noted that 1/2 is the off-axis angle where the luminous intensity is 1/2 the peak intensity. And so on.
