Description

The SGA-7489 is designed as one kind of high performance SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistor MMIC amplifier that offers excellent isolation and flat gain response for applications to 6 GHz. This device requires only DC blocking and bypass capacitors and a bias inductor for external components. Frequency performance may be extended using the 2 GHz application circuit shown in sheet 5.
