The SK28S is one member of the SK28 family which is designed as the 2 amp schottky rectifier device, SK28S has some points of features:(1)schottky barrier rectifier; (2)guard ring protection; (3)low forward voltage; (4)reverse energy tested; (5)high current capability; (6)extremely low thermal resistance.
