The SKY13314-374LF is a PHEMT GaAs IC SP2T antenna switch operating in the 0.16 GHz frequency range. Switching between the antenna and Tx/Rx ports is accomplished with 2 control voltages. The low loss, high isolation, high linearity, small size and low cost features make this switch SKY13314-374LF ideal for all dual-band WLAN systems operating in the 2.42.5 GHz and 4.95.9 GHz bands.
