The SKY65132 PA features superior output power, linearity, and efficiency making the device ideal for WLAN applications. The SKY65132 is fabricated using Skyworks high reliability InGaP HBT technology. It is internally matched and mounted in a 6 x 6 mm MCM SMT package, which provides a highly manufacturable low-cost solution.
