The SKY74117-13A is based on Skyworks industry-leading, singlechipDCR? technology. This device consists of a directconversion transceiver, a transmitter with an integrated VoltageControlled Oscillator (VCO), and a fully integrated fractional-Nsynthesizer. The SKY74117-13A is packaged in a Pb-free 40-pin,6 x 6 mm RF Land Grid Array (RFLGA?) package.

The SKY74117-13A option is Pb-free.
