The SKY77162 System Smart? PAM for CDMA / AMPS and WLL applications meets the stringent IS95/CDMA2000 linearity requirements up to 28 dBm output power and up to 31 dBm for high efficiency in AMPS mode. A low current pin provides improved efficiency for the low RF power range.The single GaAs MMIC cSKY77162 ontains all the on-board bias circuitry, and the input and interstage matching circuits. Skyworks' GaAs HBT process provides all positive voltage DC supply operation and maintains high efficiency and good linearity. See Product Summary below for more details.
