SKY77164 AutoSmart? PA module is designed for CDMA/PCS and WLL applications. This small and efficient, fully matched module SKY77164 packs full coverage of the 18501910 MHz bandwidth into a single compact package. AutoSmart? PA technology internally adjusts RF transistor bias throughout the dynamic operating range to minimize battery current consumption and ensure sufficient linear performance to meet CDMA system requirements. The result of SKY77164 is significant savings in average battery current without the complications of a system-supplied mode function signal or analog bias control.
