iPAC™ PAM for Quad-Band GSM / GPRS

SKY77328 PAM is designed for quad-band cellular handsets comprising GSM850/900, DCS1800, and PCS1900 operation, and supports Class 12 GPRS multi-slot operation. Separate GSM850/900 and DCS1800/PCS1900 PA blocks support their respective bands. Inputs and outputs are impedance-matched to 50 ohms. A BiCMOS IC provides the internal PAC function. Extremely low leakage current of the dual PA module SKY77328 maximizes handset standby time. Band-select switching circuitry selects GSM or DCS/PCS as determined from the BS signal. The iPAC function of SKY77328 is insensitive to variations in temperature, power supply, process, and input power. See Product Summary below for more details.
