The SKY77414 FEM meets the stringent spectral requirements of WCDMA standards up to 23.9 dBm output power. RF front-end Integration greatly simplifies handset radio design; all critical matching between the interstage filter, PA, power detection, and duplexer is optimized within a single 5 x 8 x 1.5 mm package. Optimizing the InGaP HBT PA MMIC efficiency and reducing the RF loss between integrated components achieves low current (470 mA) at maximum output power (23.9 dBm), which significantly improves talk time.
