TX-RX FEM Quad-Band GSM GPRS EDGE-Antenna Switch Support for UMTS (WCDMA) Band 1

SKY77519 is a very low profile TX-RX FEM designed for quad-band cellular handsets comprising GSM850/900, DCS1800, and PCS1900 operation, and Class 12 GPRS multi-slot operation and EDGE Polar Modulation. Switch-through support is provided by a dedicated WCDMA port.The module SKY77519 consists of separate GSM and DCS/PCS HBT PA blocks fabricated in InGaP/GaAs, impedance-matched I/Os, TX harmonic filtering, high linearity-low insertion loss switches, and a CMOS PAC block. A custom silicon IC contains decoder circuitry to control the RF switch and provides a low current external control. Extremely low leakage current of SKY77519 maximizes handset standby time.See Product Summary for further details.
