SKY77526 TX FEM is designed for quad band cellular handsets comprising GSM850/900, DCS1800, PCS1900, supporting GMSK and linear EDGE modulation and Class 12 GPRS multi-slot operation.The module consists of separate GSM850/900 and DCS1800/PCS1900 PA blocks, 50-ohms impedance-matched inputs and outputs, a multifunction power amplifier control (MFC) block, low-pass harmonic rejection filters, and an SP6T Antenna T/R switch.The integrated MFC SKY77526 provides closed-loop power control in GMSK mode, reducing sensitivity to antenna load, input drive, temperature, power supply, and process variation.
