SL05TC

The SL05TC is designed as one kind of 300 watt, SOT-23 low capacitance TVS that is lowered by integrating a compensating diode in series. The mechanical characteristics of this SL05TC are:(1)case: void-free, transfer-molded, thermosetting plastic case; (2)finish: corrosion resistant finish, easily solderable; (3)maximum case temperature for soldering purposes: 260°C for 10 seconds; (4)package designed for optimal automated board assembly; (5)small package size for high density applications; (6)available in 8 mm Tape and Reel.
