SL1640C

The SL1640C is one member of the SL1640 family which is designed as the double balanced modulator that intended for use in radio systems at frequencies up to 75 MHz. This device has an integral output load resistor together with an emitter follower output designed as a current drive to a tuned circuit. Features of the SL1640C are:(1)no external bias networks needed;(2)easy interfacing;(3)choice of voltage or current outputs. Also this device can be used in wide range of applications such as mixers in radio transceivers and phase comparators and modulators.
