SL20T0081

The SL20T0081 is designed as a single-chip graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display driver & controller that can be connected directly to a microprocessor bus. 8-bit parallel or serial display data sent from the microprocessor SL20T0081 is stored in the internal display data RAM and the chip generates a liquid crystal drive signal independent of the micro-processor.

SL20T0081 has many features. (1)Direct display of RAM data through the display data RAM. (2)High-speed 8-bit MPU interface. (3)Abundant command functions. (4)Static drive circuit equipped internally for indicators. (5)Built-in power supply circuit. (6)Operating voltage range would be from 2.4V to 3.6V for Vdd. (7)Low power consumption. (4)Its output voltage would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. (5)Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 100°C for TCP and would be from -55°C to 125°C for bare chip.
