SL2364C

The SL2364C is one member of the SL2364 family which is designed as the double balanced modulator that intended for use in radio systems at frequencies up to 75 MHz. This device has an integral output load resistor together with an emitter follower output designed as a current drive to a tuned circuit. Features of the SL2364C are:(1)complete dual long-tailed pair in one package;(2)very high fT - typically 5 GHz;(3)very good matching including thermal matching. Also this device can be used in wide range of applications such as wide band amplification stages and 150 and 560 Mbit PCM systems and fibre optic systems and high performance instrumentation.
