Some SL5225 absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power dissipation at Tamb=75°C would be 500mW. It should be noted that valid provided that electrodes are kept at ambient temperature. (2)Its junction temperature would be 175°C. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C.
