SL74HC165N

The SL74HC165N is one member of the SL74HC165 family which is designed as the 8-bit serial or parallel-input / serial-output shift register device that consists of an 8-bit shift register and 8-bit D-type latch with three-state parallel outputs. The inputs of this device are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LS/ALSTTL outputs.
