The SLC88B17 is a PCI device implementing a PCI-to-ISA bridge function. As a PCI-to-ISA bridge, the SLC88B17 supports full ISA protocols, including ISA master devices. It also supports PC/PCI DMA protocols for PCI based DMA applications. The interrupt logic supports serial interrupt protocol. The SLC88B17 normally is a subtractive decode bridge, it can be configured to positively decode a fixed memory range, from 0FFFF0000h to 0FFFFFFFFh.
