This small area planar, passivated silicon hotodetector SLD-68HF1 is designed to operate in either hotovoltaic or reverse bias mode. It provides xcellent linearity in output signal versus light ntensity. Low dark current and low capacitance akes it the ideal detector for fast rise time pplications.
