SM3905

The SM3905 is a CMOS 4-bit single-chip micro-computer incorporating 4-bit parallel processing function,carrier output circuit for remote control, ROM, RAM, I/O ports, serial interface,and timer/counter.

Features of the SM3905 are:(1)ROM capacity:4096*8bits;(2)RAM capacity:160*4bits;(3)instruction sets:98;(4)A RAM area is used as stack area;(5)timer/counter:8bits*1;(6)built-in main clock oscillator for system clock;(7)built-in sub clock oscillator for real time clock;(8)buzzer output;(9)standby function.
