SM3903

The SM3903 is a CMOS 4-bit single-chip micro-computer incorporating 4-bit parallel processing function,carrier output circuit, ROM, RAM, 15-stage divider.

Features of the SM3903 are:(1)ROM capacity:2772*8bits;(2)RAM capacity:128*4bits;(3)instruction sets:49;(4)subroutine nesting:2 levels;(5)signal generation for real time clock;(6)built-in main clock oscillator for system clock;(7)built-in 15 stages divider circuit for real time clock;(8)built-in carrier output circuit for remote control;(9)standby function.
