The SM5221-001 is an infrared remote control encoder LSI utilizing CMOS technology.Using Micro-processors for decoder,various applications can be realized.
Features of the SM5221-001 are:(1)low voltage operation:VDD=2.0V to 3.3V;(2)low power consumption:IDD<1A at standby mode;(3)32 function keys and 3 double action keys;(4)64+6 function codes are available;(5)65536 customer codes can be selected;(6)20pin SOP or DIP.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SM5221-001 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:6.0V;(2)input voltage:-0.3V to VDD V;(3)power dissipation:250mW;(4)operating temperature:-20 to +75;(5)storage temperature:-40 to +125.
