The SM5605F is CMOS LSI for quartz oscillating module.It has a high frequency oscillating circuit and dividers with low current consumption and has two types of oscillating circuits.
Features of the SM5605F are:(1)built-in feed back resistance of inverter amplifier;(2)fundametal frequency and divided frequencies output;(3)operating voltage:3V to 6V;(4)maximum frequency:30MHz;(5)low current consumption;(6)fan out 2TTL;(7)standby function;(8)chip form.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SM5605F can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:(VSS-0.5)V to (VSS+7.0)V;(2)input voltage:(VSS-0.5)V to (VSS+0.5)V;(3)output voltage:(VSS-0.5)V to (VSS+0.5)V;(4)storage temperature:-65 to 150.
