SM563

The SM563 is a CMOS 4-bit single-chip microcomputer incorporating 4-bit parallel processing function, ROM, RAM ,I/O ports,serial interface and timer/counter in a single chip. It provides 5kinds of interrupts and subroutine stack function using the RAM area.

Features of the SM563 are:(1)ROM capacity:4096*8bits;(2)RAM capacity:160*4bits;(3)instruction sets:98;(4)a RAM area is used as stack area;(5)timer/counter:8bits*1;(6)serial interface:8bits*1;(7)built-in main clock oscillator for system clock;(8)built-in sub clock oscillator for real time clock;(9)built-in 15 stages divider for real time clock;(10)buzzer output;(11)standby function.
