SM65MLVD207D General Description
The SM65MLVD207D is multipoint-low-voltage differential line drivers and receivers,which are optimized to operate at signaling rates up to 200Mbps.
Features of the SM65MLVD207D are:(1)type-1 receivers incorporate 25mV of hysteresis;(2)type-2 receivers provide an offset threshold to detect open-circuit and idle-bus conditions;(3)meets or exceeds the M-LVDS standard TIA/EIA-899 for multipoint data interchange;(4)power up/down glitch free;(5)controlled driver output voltage transition times for improved signal quality;(6)100-bps devices abailable.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SM65MLVD207D can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage range:-0.5V to 4V;(2)input voltage range:-0.5V to 4V;(3)output voltage range:-1.8V to 4V;(4)electrostatic discharge:±2kV;(5)continuous power dissipation:see dissipation rating table;(6)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
