SMG30

The SMG30 is designed as one kind of signal limiter with a discrete hybrid design which uses thin film manufacturing processes for accurate performance and high reliability.This design uses Schottky bridge quad and anti-parallel diodes,which provide consistent limiting levels over a broadband frequency range.Both TO-8 and SMTO-8 packages are hermetically sealed,and MIL-STD-883 environmental screening is available.

Features of the SMG30 are:(1)available in surface mount;(2)low insertion loss at low input levels:2.3 dB to 1000 MHz(typ.);(3)low VSWR:<1.4:1(typ.);(4)low distortion:>75 dB(typ.) at Vcontrol=+15 V.The absolute maximum ratings of the SML1 can be summarized as:(1)storage temperature:-62 to +125;(2)case temperature:+125;(3)DC voltage:+25 V;(4)continuous input power:+20 dBm;(5)short term input power(1 minute max.):400 mW;(6)peak power:1 W;(7)"S" series burn-in temperature(case):+125.
