The SMV0215A is designed as one kind of voltage controlled oscillator and produced by the Z-Communications,inc with some features and applications.The features of SMV0215A are:(1)frequency range:200 to 230 MHz;(2)tuning voltage:1 to 4 Vdc;(3)SUB-L - style package.Also it can be used in test instrumentation,digital radios  or RF modems.But there are some application notes:(1)AN-100/1:mounting and grounding of VCOs;(2)AN-102:proper output loading of VCOs;(3)AN-107:how to solder Z-COMM VCOs.
