SN54166

The SN54166 is a kind of 8-bit shift register which is compatible with most other TTL logic families.SN54166 inputs are buffered to lower the drive requirements to one series 54 standard load,respectively,input clamping diodes minimize switching transients and simplify system design.

Features of of the SN54166 are:(1)synchronous load; (2)direct overriding clear; (3)parallel to serial conversion.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54166 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage, vcc is 7 V ; (2): input voltage is 5.5 V; (3): storage temperature range is -65 to 150;(4): operating free-air temeprature range is -55 to 125.
