SN54279J General Description
The SN54279J is one of the SN54279 series.The SN54279J offers 4 basic S -R flip-flop latches in one 16-pin,300-mil package.Under conveentional operation,the S -R inputs are normally held high.
Features of the SN54279J are :(1)packfage options include plastic"small outline" packages ,ceramic chip carriers and flat packages,and plastic and ceramic DIPs ; (2)dependable texas instruments quality and reliability.
The absolute maximum ratings of the SN54279J can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage,VCC:7V; (2)input voltage:5.5V; (3)operating free-air temperature range:-55 to 125; (4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
