The SN54LVC08AD is designed as a quadruple 2-input positive AND gate for 2.7V to 3.6V Vcc operation. It performs the boolean function in positive logic. It can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. SN54LVC08AD feature allows the use of these devices as translators in a mixed 3.3V/5V system environment.
SN54LVC08AD has seven features. (1)EPIC (enhanced performance implanted CMOS) submicron process. (2)ESD protection exceeds 2000V per MIL-STD-883, method 3015; exceeds 200V using machine model (C=200pF, R=0). (3)Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17. (4)Its typical Volp(output ground bounce)<0.8V at Vcc=3.3V. (5)Typical Vohv(output Voh undershoot)>2V at Vcc=3.3V. (6)Inputs accept voltages to 5.5V. (7)Package options is plastic small-outline.
