The SN74ALVC00D is designed as a quadruple 2-input positive NAND gate for 1.65V to 3.6V Vcc operation. SN74ALVC00D performs the boolean function in positive logic. It is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
SN74ALVC00D has four features. (1)EPIC (enhanced performance implanted CMOS) submicron process. (2)ESD protection exceeds 2000V per MIL-STD-883, method 3015; exceeds 200V using machine model (C=200pF, R=0). (3)Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17.
