The SN74LVC1G14DBVR is one member of the SN74LVC1G14 family which is designed as the single schmitt-trigger inverter that contains one inverter and performs the Boolean function Y = A. And also this device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
