The SNA-486 is a DC-6.5 GHz,cascadable GaAs mmic amplifier.Sirenza microdevices'SNA-486 is a GaAs HBT MMIC Amplifier housed in a low-cost ,surface-mountable plastic package.The heterojunction increases breakdown voltage and nimimizes leakage current between junctions.Cancellation of emitter junction non-linearities results in hightr suppression of intermodulation produncts.

Features of the SNA-486 are:(1)patented GsAs HBT Technology ; (2)cascadable 50 Ohm gain block ; (3)32 dBm output IP3 at 850 MHz ; (4)operateds from single supply ; (5)low cost surface mount plastic package.
