SP232ECN

The SP232ECN is designed as the high performance line drivers/receivers with some features such as:(1)operates from a single +5V power supply;(2)meets all RS-232D and ITU V.28 specifications;(3)operates with 0.1F to 10F ceramic capacitors;(4)no external capacitors required;(5)low power shutdown;(6)high data rate-120kbps under load;(7)low power CMOS operation;(8)lead free packaging available;(9)improved ESD specifications:+/-15kV human body model.The ESD tolerance has been improved on these devices to over +/-15kV for Human Body Model. This series offer a 120kbps data rate under load, small ceramic type 0.1F charge pump capacitors and overall ruggedness for comercial applications. Features include Exar's BiCMOS design which allowing low power operation without sacrificing performance. The series is available in lead free packages with commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
