SP8916(MP)

The SP8916(MP) is one of a range of very high speed low power prescalers for professional applications.The dividing elements are static D type flip flops and therefore allow operation down to DC if the drive signal is a pulse waveform with fast risetime. The output stage has internal100 ohm pull up resistors, giving a 0.5V p-p output.If required, an external 100 ohm can be connected in parallel to give a 50 ohm output.
 
The SP8916(MP) has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is supply voltage,Vcc,the rating is 6.5V.When parameter is storage temperature range,the rating is -65 to +150.When parameter is Max. junction temperature,the rating is +150.When parameter is prescaler input voltage,the rating is 2.5V p-p.When parameter is operating temperature,the rating is KG-40 to +85 TCASE.
