The SSW-224 is designed as the high performance gallium arsenide field effect transistor MMIC switch that can be used in analog and digital wireless communications and AMPS, PCS, DEC and GSM applications. This single-pole, double-throw, reflective switch consumes less than 50 uA and operates at -5 V and 0 V for control bias. This device has the high isolation and low insertion loss makes it ideal for T/R switching in analog and digital wireless communication systems.
