STF201-22

The STF201-22 is a combination EMI filter and line termination device with integrated TVS diodes for use on downstream USB ports. It is constructed using a proprietary technonlogy that allows passive components and TVS diodes to be integrated in the same package.

The features of STF201-22: (1)bidirectional EMI/RFI fitering and line termination with integrated ESD protection; (2)ESD protection for USB power and data lines to IEC 61000-4-2 level 4; (3)filtering and ESD protection for two data lines; (4)different series resistors for impedance matching; (5)low TVS operating voltage; (6)low leakage current; (7)low capacitance; (8)solid-state technology.
