STTH2003

The STTH2003 is designed as one kind of high frequency secondary rectifier that has three points of features:(1)combines highest recovery and reverse voltage performance; (2)ultra-fast, soft and noise-free recovery; (3)insulated packages: ISOwatt220AB, TO-220FPAB electric insulation: 2000VDC, capacitance: 12pF.

The absolute maximum ratings of the STTH2003 can be summarized as:(1)Repetitive peak reverse voltage: 300 V;(2)RMS forward current: 30 A;(3)Surge non repetitive forward current (tp = 10 ms sinusoidal): 110 A;(4)Non repetitive avalanche current (tp = 20 us square): 5 A;(5)Storage temperature range: -65 + 175 °C;(6)Maximum operating junction temperature: 175 °C.
