SUPL SUPL-SLP is the emerging standard developed by the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) for AGPS using existing IP networks as the underlying data bearer. SUPL SUPL-SLP lends itself very well to a hosted solution where the vendor takes responsibility for providing a specified quality of service, assured by Service Level Agreement.
