T6816-TIQ

The T6816-TIQ is fully protected driver interface designed in 0.8m BCDMOS technology.It is especially suitable for truck or bus applications and the industrial 24-V supply.It controls up to 12 different loads via a 16-bit dataword.

Features of the T6816-TIQ are:(1)six high-side and six low-side drivers; (2)outputs freely configurable as switch,half bridge or H-bridge; (3)capable to switch all kinds of loads such as DC motors,bulbs,resistors,capacitors and inductors; (4)0.6 A continous current per switch; (5)low-side:RDSon<1.5 versus total tempeature range; (6)high-side:RDSon<2.0 versus total temperature range; (7)very low quiescent Is<20A in standby mode; (8)outputs short-circuit protected ; (9)overtemperature prewarning and protection; (10)undervoltage protection; (11)various diagnosis functions such as shorted output,open load,overtemperature and power supply fail; (12)serial data interface ; (13)operation voltage up to 40V; (14)daisy chaining possible; (15)SO28 power package.
